Dr. Matthew Skrdla, O.D.

I received my doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. I received a large portion of my clinical training at the Illinois Eye Institute, also located in Chicago. I have received specialized training in the fields of contact lens, sports vision and visual performance, as well as eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, and other illnesses that affect the eye. Having experience in private practice, Veterans Hospitals, corporate optometry, and Childrens Clinics, I believe I can bring a fresh view to your eye care experiences. I feel I have the skills needed to care for my patients in a very professional and personal manner.

I moved to Fort Collins in 2001 to be closer to my family, and to be able to participate in outdoor activities that are available here in Colorado. I provide a very relaxed and fun office environment for all my patients by allowing adequate time to address your individual needs for work and play. I am lucky to have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that I know is eager to help you achieve your best possible vision performance.
